California Appeals Court Rules AGAINST San Francisco Sanctuary Policy

A California Appeals Court has ruled AGAINST San Francisco's Sanctuary policy. OH MY...it's ABOUT TIME! While this is just a small beginning in the fight for LEGAL immigration, any reform in current Sanctuary City policy is fantastic. San Francisco has always maintained that the "LAW" already in place didn't apply to them, therefore they refused to mandate that their police department comply with existing laws. San Francisco officials (and officials of MANY cities around the country) "feel like Section 11369 of the California Health and Safety Code, was an impermissible invasion of the federal government's "absolute authority" to regulate immigration." The Appeals Court ruled, "...Section 11369 does not require any state or local law enforcement agency to independently determine whether an arrestee is a citizen of the United States, let alone whether he or she is present in the United States lawfully or unlawfully. Nor does the statute create or authorize the creation of independent criteria by which to classify individuals based on immigration status... All of those determinations, as well as the duty to tell an arrestee who may be in this country unlawfully to either obtain legal status or leave, are left entirely to federal immigration authorities...the statute is therefore not an impermissible state regulation of immigration." One step at a time perhaps we can bring this immigration fiasco under control. This is a first start.

October Surprise - Obama's NOT A CITIZEN - CANNOT RUN For POTUS

This is my first year to be heavily involved in politics. If this is TRUE, then someone higher up on the ladder than myself must do something about it. I was adopted within my own biological family. My adoption however was sealed. When it came time for me at age 16 to get a driver's license, the Texas DMV REQUIRED PROOF OF ME. Although it took some heavy letter writing, and some mild expense to gain records from the Commonwealth of Virginia where I was born, I produced a VALID birth certificate in record time thank you...what teenager isn't going to drive legally??? AND...that was long before internet, fax machines, e-mail, or even instant messaging! I did it ALL snail mail and within a couple of weeks... Why can't Barrack Hussein Obama produce the necessary legal documents to squash this rumor if indeed it's not true? Why would Obama NOT produce ANY document asked of him if he is running for the top office in the USA? Unless...of course...he has something to hide. Thanks Fred for the video that I can pass along to many who need to see it. I welcome all comments on either side. Snopes would suggest this question is invalid. Snopes says that Barrack Hussein Obama is indeed a natural born citizen because he was born in Hawaii. One of the pertinent questions brought about by Berg's lawsuit is that he hasn't produced a valid birth certificate...despite what shows up on his website...as the folks putting that up there were one of those "questionable groups" that Obama funnelled over $60,000,000 to, therefore a conflict of interest. I don't know how much substance I put into this video, but it's sure worth watching just in case.

Illegal Alien Got Me Fired

One at a time we CAN make a small difference. I suppose that’s why most of us in my “blog circle” write, or are politically involved…just hoping that at SOME POINT…at some point enough of us will take that stand that it WILL make a difference. And, if only to spark a thought one tiny brain wave here and there keeps us doing it. I met one of those people today and he didn’t even know he was one I think. But I had a moment to congratulate him and in his surprise of my reaction to his story I saw the glint in his eye that if we ALL do it EACH DAY, and we ALL make the effort and SACRIFICE to PRACTICE WHAT WE PREACH in our conservative hearts, ALL OF US – ALL THE TIME would truly change the world, and sadly that’s what it’s going to take for “True Change” and “Yes We Can”…but if we ALL did it ALL THE TIME, it would happen much sooner than we all think I believe. A gentleman was in my shop today getting his truck fixed. He was a “waiter” (didn’t drop it off and pick up later), so we had time to make small talk. Long story short, somehow children and careers came into conversation. I have a son in college and one 25 that works for us and in our company. We were laughing that my son in college will be a sophomore next semester and that while I’m most proud of him; his job that allows him money along with school is possibly spoiling him. He makes $18.45 per hour at age 19 working in a Wal-Mart distribution center. He works 12 hour shifts 3 days per week allowing him the week days to attend school and the weekends to work. The gentleman also commented that his boys (3) all finished college and when first graduated didn’t make great wages, but with time they are all now making money hand over fist. I don’t have a degree, and neither does he. I own my own business finally at 45, and he’s a heavy duty equipment specialist that pays him well with a construction company (or was). He commented though that he has made the same wage (at the top of his career) that he made in some other areas of USA almost 20 years ago. As a specially skilled and top notch construction foreman, he’s lost the opportunity to get raises and move beyond because it’s easier for the big companies to hire illegal’s than it is for them to promote our citizens. It’s NOT a prejudice statement, for we ALL KNOW that no Asian, Muslim, Black, or Beige folks are knocking down the construction industry doors for work. It’s the Mexicans…they work cheap…and they work illegally. Even the legal ones (we “all know” they DON’T hire “undocumented workers”) can’t speak English, they most importantly can’t UNDERSTAND English, and they are a detriment to dangerous work. At least most of the other foreign people coming here speak the language (and several more sometimes). This yesterday’s important highly skilled foreman with 30 years of experience under his belt suddenly found himself FIRED for one idea and standing on his principles. The Boss came to him and asked him to train a “new guy” (Hispanic Non-Understander) to run this dangerous piece of heavy dirt removing equipment…the kind that have legs and crawl up and down scary terrain. He said NO. He said that he wouldn’t train him; that he WOULD NOT train someone like that to either replace him or someone like him with true skills and true understanding of the job. He went back to his work and the boss went on to “talk” to “new guy”. By the way…if you’ve never been around these types, they nod and smile and say OK when you tell them things while the whole time they never understood a word you’ve said… The gentleman told me that an hour or so passed and the new guy was turned loose on a piece of equipment. He tumbled it down a cliff, managed to jump away and save himself, but totaled a back hoe. The Boss came to my gentleman and was all up in his face that “HE” cost him THOUSANDS of dollars. His response, “I guess they’re not so cheap huh?” He was fired immediately. I told him…GOOD FOR YOU. It totally sucks that he’s out of work, but having been that good for that many years I can tell he’ll be rehired in no time. Even in a down economy good people are hard to find and he’ll be OK…plus…he’s managed fine, he has a “nest egg” to last a bit. But…the look on his face when the first and immediate words from my mouth were GOOD FOR YOU!...I saw that instant realization that others of us “get it”, but yet others of us didn’t just lose our jobs for it. With that one look I learned a lot. It’s one thing to believe how we do and preach what we preach; but I wondered…way back when I was a struggling single Mom with the same beliefs…would I have sacrificed my job and my livelihood for my beliefs? I don’t know. I did it once and it cost me dearly, to the point of taking YEARS to recover for standing on principle. I learned then that sometimes you have to swallow hard and just accept some things you can’t change. Today, I’m in a position that I can follow my heart and not swallow pills of life that are bad, all are not in that position. Today as the owner and boss I can say what I want knowing that whatever I reap from what I sow is mine to bear and I accept those consequences before I make the choice to stand. He wasn't in that position yet he made that stand...not unlike our soldiers or Border Patrol agents. I thanked him for his service and he looked at me for a moment like I was high, but in that same instance he "got" what he had just done. He took a stand and made a difference. I admired him SO MUCH. He did it; he truly lived up to the principle of USA. I just hope we all can and we all WILL continue to do so. It’s hard to put your family’s food from the table to such a test. Good for him and may we all live what we preach…it’s the only way to really make a difference.

Immigration Gumballs

Exponential effects of immigration. It is already happening in our country, yet people turn a blind eye. Most of us, unless employed in a field of business that deals directly with illegal, or legal immigrants, don’t grasp the effect. Heck, most of the sheeple out there don’t even truly understand the meaning of the word EXPONENTIAL. EXPONENTIAL: characterized by or being an extremely rapid increase. For those of you that cannot grasp that true definition, I will say it in the “new school” abbreviation that most modern text message types do understand. EXPONENTIAL: WTF! There, do you get it? Another simple parable (yes, for the simple minded, logic is now a parable), is that 2+2 = 4. That too, I think most understand. If you STILL cannot understand, think of this. You normally cook dinner each night for your average 2 to 6 people, depending on your age or how large your family is. If tomorrow, you had to cook dinner for 12 to 30 people it would be like your yearly Christmas party. It would be doable, but a real chore and expensive. If you had to cook dinner for 12-30 people for five days in a row, could you do it? If those same 12-30 people came to your house naked and it snowed a foot overnight, could you go to Wal-Mart on sale day and buy clothes for all of them? What if they stayed at your house? If all 30 came down with the flu, and you too became sick, could you afford to take all of those 30 people with no insurance to the doctor, and then pay too for the prescription antibiotics at your local pharmacy? Within ONE DAY, these guests would bankrupt your household. If you still do not understand…maybe you like gumballs. Maybe the colorful display of simple gumballs will perhaps get you to fathom EXPONENTIAL. Take nine mere minutes of your miserable misguided lives to watch gumballs in action. FATHOM THE EFFECTS OF EXPONENTIAL!

John McCain Wins Florida

Well, the Florida results are in. John McCain won Florida. John McCain is a closet Democrat, and if you don’t see it, you are either a Democrat yourself, or blind. Florida is a state ravaged with illegal and legal immigrants of foreign nations. It is a state not unlike the country of Mexico, hugely influenced by years of Cuban influence, and years of the influx of old retirees who in that setting tend to be Democrats. It also still holds a large population of old drug criminals and money mongers of the cocaine era. The people that pretend to be Republicans there still lean left. Not all...don’t take this as a slam on good Florida Conservatives...thank God, Florida has some, but they didn’t win, simple as that. Over 15,000 Floridians voted for Fred Thompson. Over 8,000 people in Florida voted for Dennis Kucinich. Both of these men are no longer viable candidates and are no longer running. So, over 23,000 people in Florida weren’t paying attention, and don’t even know who’s running. There are numbers like that in every state. Obviously, the ballots were ordered and printed long before candidates dropped out of the race, but people…pay attention! If you are still a McCain supporter, and believe that he will deal with the immigration issue, swallow this… Juan Hernandez is his National Director of Hispanic Outreach. Juan Hernandez is a dual citizen of both Mexico and the USA. Juan Hernandez believes that we should just “love them all, ALL 12,000,000 MILLION OF THEM unconditionally”. According to McCain’s campaign, he is a non-paid volunteer to reach out to the Hispanic community. John McCain quoted says, "He’s on my staff because he supports my policies and my proposals and my legislative proposal to secure the borders first," and "a non-paid volunteer to the campaign, and he does not play a policy role." Aren’t we smart enough as a nation yet to realize that our “Hispanic” people, the ones here legally, better described as just other normal folks walking along like the rest of us…don’t need a representative? I don’t need a representative, do you? I don’t need a “Director of Caucasian Outreach”. Neither do other legal and honest citizens or legal aliens of our nation. Also, McCain steps in it again that he’s willing to take so much effort from someone with some influence, and not pay them. Another capitalistic viewpoint shared by liberals. If Juan wants to do it, fine, but a person with such a title should at least make minimum wage from the campaign. Probably though, he was “promised” something if McCain wins. Another promise that if fulfilled will be a detriment to the people, or will conveniently “not be available or possible” to the individual in reality. So, dumb volunteer and vague keeper of a "promise". But, McCain needs him to reach out to Hispanics. Well, people of legal status don’t need a special person to reach out to them. They are seeking out the American dream, and although difficult, they are finding it. They know that the American dream is just as difficult to achieve for white folks as it is for other colored folks, after all…we are the ones paying for all the others. Hispanic, Asian, White, Black, Muslim, Italian, Japanese, Vietnamese, etc. legal citizens ALL USE OUR COLLECTIVE TAX DOLLARS to pay for the lives of those who DON’T. Those of us, who pay, only see green…our green dollars going out the window. Money has only one color, and when we all have to spend some of ours to pay for the moochers that pay none, we don’t see any other color. So, the way I see it, the only people that need “outreach” are people that aren’t conservative in their views, won’t support the Conservative way of life, and through his “outreach”, McCain is only looking for another vote. The proof is in the pudding, or in the human highlight video. I’ll do you all a favor and provide many choices below. You can choose from CNN, MSNBC, or FOX. You can even see McCain himself dodge the big bullet, and play the “I’ll take that under advisement” card. I’ll never take away from John McCain his service to our country. He’s a nice man, and a great war hero. He sacrificed more for this country than any of us will ever know. However, it’s like he caught Stockholm Syndrome along the line. He has sympathy for the devil, and that is not a Conservative view. It’s not a viewpoint that can FIX anything that is broken; it makes him limp and obviously willing to swallow his way to the top. I cannot accept that quality in a man I want to lead my nation. He’s far too soft on far too many issues. Immigration is just the soft tip of his left leaning iceberg.

MS 13 Gang Vandalizes War Memorial in New Haven, CT

MS 13 is quickly becoming the most vicious, hate crazed, and dangerous gang in America. Gang involvement from this group is a growing concern with law enforcement in Reno, the group continues to grow in our state. Their signature weapon is a machete, and they have an affinity for slashing and slicing people on a whim, for as little an infraction as a dirty look, and “because they can”. The hatred of the Mara Salvatrucha 13 gang members is cordially extended to whites, blacks, and everyone of every other color of the rainbow that crosses their path. And, guess what? They aren’t even “Mexican”, or “Hispanic”. These guys are NOT fruit farmers. They hail from El Salvador. New Haven, CT is a sanctuary city. New Haven feels sorry for illegal immigrants, and voted to give them ID cards just this past June. These cards work as debit cards, library cards, parking meter cards, etc…in order to allow them to be more “socially engaged” so say the moonbats of the New Haven Independent. As in the great movie “Field of Dreams”, if you just “build it, they will come”. Well, looks like MS 13 has set up shop in New Haven, CT. Mexica Movement - Roosevelt High School Mural

WOW! These people make Don Imus look like a saint! Roosevelt High School in Boyle Heights, CA proudly displays THIS MURAL which "celebrates" the history of the Anahuac, Hispanic, and Latino people. Pictoral images depict "evil Europeans" destroying their people and causing the demise of "their nation". They claim that white people are the illegal aliens, they call us colonial squatters and say we have caused the artificial division of their people. Many claims of outrage have been made to the powers that be in Los Angeles County, but the school board administration's official response was that there is NO INTENT to remove this mural, as it merely presents a "different perspective". The group responsible for this outrage call themselves the Mexica Movement, and they vow to take back the continent that belongs to them. They claim groups like the Minute Men are white supremacists, and demand they be deported back to Europe. They show them depicted like the Klu Klux Klan wearing white hoods. They boycott Disney movies, and march in our streets. They claim the borders of our nation are artificial, and they hold claim and rights to the entire continent and all of its natural resources. These people are a disgrace to the millions of citizens of all colors that have made America their homeland and live as free, law abiding citizens. Come on, Americans OF ALL COLORS AND RACES...how is this allowed to continue? The white people have become so insanely politically correct to avoid "hurting anyone's feelings" in conversation, that now ANY WHITE PERSON that makes any form of comment whether joking or not that refers to any other race or group is immediately chastised, fired, and beat over the public chopping block. Yet, powers that be from all cultures in America needlessly let this kind of thing go on while turning a blind eye. UNBELIEVABLE!

Illegal Aliens With Criminal Records NABBED WITH BANK OF AMERICA CARDS!

WOW! - I wish I were shocked, but I knew this would begin to happen immediately after Bank of America decided to aid the ill-willed efforts of illegal alien criminals in this country and promote crime and terrorism within our borders. Nine down, and no telling how many thousands to go. If it's NOT BAD ENOUGH that this is going on...ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement) officials had the balls to make snide comments to the District Attorney who approved the arrest of the nine. Apparently, the ICE officials have better things to do with their time (paid for by the way by YOUR LEGAL taxpayer dollars) than to do their JOBS! Absolutely amazing that so many are just willing to give this country away to thugs. By Sarah Cassi The Express-Times April 4, 2007 "EASTON | Two of the nine suspected illegal immigrants detained Monday when they arrived for work at Hotel Bethlehem had criminal records, District Attorney John Morganelli said Tuesday. Morganelli said Flor Rocha, of Falls Church, Va., was wanted in California for a dangerous drugs charge, but officials wouldn't extradite him back to California. Juan Carlos Hinjosa, of Springfield, Va., was wanted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials after he was arrested in February 2005. The illegal immigrants -- seven from Bolivia, one from El Salvador and one from Guatemala -- were working for a subcontractor putting up drywall at the hotel. Morganelli received a complaint that led to the investigation and apprehension of the nine men. Morganelli said the subcontractor was a Virginia-based company which claims the men were individual contractors. "We know that's just a way to avoid worker's compensation," Morganelli said. He added the title of individual contractor gives the company plausible deniability in immigration cases. Eight of the men lived in Virginia and one lived in Maryland. Morganelli said none would face local charges. The men were turned over to immigration officials and taken into federal custody. Morganelli said two of the men were able to get Bank of America credit cards under a new program where the bank does not require social security numbers or a credit history to open an account. The cards listed the men's names with additional last names. "Obviously they're not doing a good job identifying their customers," Morganelli said. Morganelli said he was also disappointed with response from ICE officials. When county detectives asked for ICE's help, immigration officials asked detectives why they weren't apprehending gang members or drug dealers, Morganelli said. "I'm very annoyed by this," Morganelli said. "Our office does not need to be questioned we expect (ICE) to do their job." A recent government report found ICE has lost track of 623,000 fugitive aliens, Morganelli said. Morganelli said this wasn't the first time his office faced disrespect from customs enforcement. Morganelli said he has lodged a complaint with Congressman Charlie Dent and planned to speak with U.S. Attorney Patrick Meehan. Ernestine Fobbs, an ICE spokeswoman, said the agency responded when Morganelli asked for assistance and all nine men are going through the removal process. "This is something we do on a daily basis across the nation," Fobbs said. Fobbs said Morganelli could contact the Law Enforcement Support Center if he had any issues with ICE."

Mexican Banks WILL NOT ACCEPT BOFA APPROVED IDENTIFICATION!

Well, well, well… Bank of America should be very proud that only they and a few other no good illegal alien and terrorist supporting American banks support the Mexican Matricula card issued to illegal aliens by the Mexican consulate. This is the form of identification that Bank of America is allowing illegal aliens to use to open checking accounts and gain credit cards. Watch the 4:50 video below. THE MEXICAN BANKS DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THIS CARD AS LEGAL IDENTIFICATION. The Mexican Banks will not allow THEIR OWN CITIZENS to use this card to open a checking account or gain access to a credit card.
