DON'T HAVE SEX WITH DRUNK GIRLS !!!

Tis the season for post graduation parties, and the typical summer “groove” for the kids. None of us who are parents should be so naive as to believe our little darlings don’t attend some of them. Thank God, I was blessed with two sons. I love my boys, and so far, they’ve both turned out to be very nice young men. However, all teenagers at one time or another run into bumps in the road. I am definitely a “man’s woman”. I don’t have a lot of use for “chicks”, and am very happy I have boys. I cannot stand “fluffy little princesses” that give our boys a bad name. I’m really tired of girls always playing the victim and making their own problems somehow the responsibility of others, and many times in deceitful fashion. The following story is just the latest drama in our local neighborhood. Fortunately, my boys weren’t at this party, but three really nice young men I know of were. Because of one freshman girl (to be a sophomore next school year), some nice young men are being drug through the ringer, and one young man yet to be identified may very well have his young life ruined by an irresponsible young lady. FOR THE RECORD, THE STORY COULD TURN OUT TO HAVE A TRAGIC ENDING, SO I WANT TO GO ON RECORD, THAT I HOPE THE YOUNG LADY WAS NOT DEFIED IN A SENSELESS WAY… The story goes as follows… Reno weather is finally beautiful and the summer is beginning with happy graduates and underclassmen happy to be out of school. In a nice neighborhood, some teenagers are having a pool party. While we would all hope that our children don’t drink, don’t be silly, they do. As did we, they have a few beers, a few cocktails and enjoy the sun and water. One young lady had taken some Skyy Vodka from her parent’s house. As so often happens, young first time drinkers don’t know what alcohol can do to you, and drink irresponsibly trying to “show everyone else” how “cool” they are. She was drinking the flavored vodka like Kool-Aid, and became quite drunk and sloppy. Other people at the party reported her a chocolate mess, bawling and crying one minute, attempting to dance and be cool the next, only to result in completely passing out on a couch. No one wants to be around someone like that at a party and be responsible to baby-sit the uncontrollable. Two neighborhood boys agreed to load her in a vehicle and get her home safely. About ten minutes later, they phoned another young man at the party to let everyone know she was home safe and sound and they were gone and on their way home too. A few days later, my friend (one of the boy’s mother) got a phone call from a detective at our local county jail advising her to bring her son in for an interview. Quite shocked, she asked why? She was told that her son was not believed to be in any trouble, but it was a known fact that he was present at a certain pool party, and they needed to speak to him about an incident that occurred that evening. My friend took her son in, and was advised that the young lady mentioned above was found at home that evening by her parents when they came home to be completely incoherent and non-responsive. Her father is a local policeman. Panicked about their daughter’s state, they rushed her to the local hospital. She did not even come to, until examination was proceeding in the emergency room. Upon revival, and seeing her parents over her and many hospital personnel working on her, (I am supposing she was freaked out and knew her butt was in BIG TROUBLE); she began to cry RAPE. The hospital worked up a rape kit on this girl, and it was determined that she had been in the act of sexual intercourse. Now, no one yet knows with whom she had sex with, all that is known is that it WAS NOT the two young men that took her home. She could have be engaged in sex before the party, or perhaps left the home after she was dropped off. Or, someone could have come into the home and violated her after the boys left. I certainly hope no foul play happened to this girl…but that is NOT the point of my story. The boys that took her home were also interviewed, and couldn’t give up their DNA fast enough. They have phone records to prove that they were gone about ten minutes to give her a ride home. They reportedly told officials that they don’t even like this girl, and they were sickened by her lack of responsibility and appearance, but didn’t want to see her ridiculed in public, or unsafe to herself, so they agreed to make sure she got home safely. IMPORTANT FACTS GIVEN TO THE BOYS BY THE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS: All of the boys were warned sternly about the law. I was not even aware of these facts, and quite frankly I find it unfair to members of the male sex. When a female has a blood alcohol level as high as this young lady’s was (and mind you, several hours passed before her blood was taken), THE CHARGE OF RAPE WILL STICK AND A GUILTY VERDICT IS EASY TO GET, because according to the law, with very high blood alcohol content, a woman is not considered to have the cognitive reasoning power to SAY NO. Even CONSENSUAL SEX, and even sex SEDUCED BY THE FEMALE, can be construed as LEGITIMATE RAPE if the girl is drunk and not in control of herself. Boys, be responsible for yourselves at parties where young ladies are drinking. Be aware of statutory and real rape laws. DO NOT HAVE SEX WITH REALLY DRUNK GIRLS, and men too, drunken women of any age can pull this act of ruining your life if they change their minds later after sobering up and realizing what a fool they made of themselves. Make sure if you are helping someone too messed up to take care of themselves you try to have females take females home, or at least have females present to help them into their homes and vouch for their safety. Make sure if you give a drunk person a ride home that you lock all the doors on your way out so that nothing can happen to them if someone is able to walk in. DON’T DRINK UNDER AGE AT SUMMER PARTIES is the best rule, it’s all illegal and your parents may be held liable for thousands of dollars in damages if anyone leaving your party has an incident. Young men of age should be VERY AWARE of the demise that can befall you if you engage in sexual activity with under age girls. BE VERY AFRAID OF A PISSED OFF FATHER OR BROTHER. Your life can hang in one stupid move. AND FINALLY….PLEASE….WILL THE DUMB STUPID CHICKS IN THIS WORLD PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOURSELVES… If you don’t slurp up all the cool cocktails and liquor punch you can hold in between giggles and moronic flirtiness, you will NOT find yourselves in an emergency room with your cop dad staring you in the eye. It is NOT the responsibility of the males in this world to keep you safe from every bad thing that can ever happen to you. You are not so irresistible in your dumb ass halter top and shorty shorts that you have no responsibility for your actions. Girls put themselves into really bad situations every day thinking that their little skinny bodies and their charms will protect them. It’s just not true. And, I have sons…my sons are not impressed by the “slutty” types at all. In today’s world young men need life partners, not baggage and high maintenance. All just food for thought.
